Wanted to keep this going just in case someone else has the same issue. So I decided to try my PC I run for emulation. Same build but with a 3080ti instead of a 4090. Same OS, same headset. Works fine, wired and airlink. Just weird. Thought maybe it has to be down to a setting in the oculus app or steam VR app. Uninstalled both and reinstalled.
