The Siemens MS45 ECUs started with 03/2003 production dates in the E46. the MAF includes the Intake air temp sensor and has a 6 wire connector, 5 of them are used. The MS43 ECU started with the M54 engines up to 02/2003 production. The Intake air temp sensor is in the intake manifold, the MAF has three wires connected.

Based on the times for the Z3 3.0, Z4 3.0, 130i and 330d, I would guess that the E46 330 6sp Sport (or ZHP) would put in around 8:35-8:40. :dunno: The E46 330 (in Sport or ZHP trim), while being no "track tool" is a pretty respectable performer at the track - this is based on my personal, limited, experience.
However, at least thus far, I’m very happy with my purchase and here’s why — the E90 is better than the E46. For starters, it’s the right size. The E90 sort of kicked off the 3 Series
